Special structure design of screw and dies and convenience in changing mould blocks solve the problem of easy-worn of screw and barral ,as well as the difficulty in forming of plastic resin .   2. Corrugator adopts closed water cooling structure ,closed forming blocks chain ,and special design of rail, which will make all blocks matching correctly ,running stablely . You even couldn’t see the connecting line on the surface of pipe . Cooling water is cycling inside the corrugator ,it will make the cooling speed fast, so the production speed of pipe will be raised highly . Meanwhile ,the corrugator adopts building blocks design , we can use same basis structure but different forming length of corrugator . The longer forming length of corrugator , the more output of pipe . Pre-commissioning takes place at seller’s factory in the presence of the representative of buyer, starting machinery performance.      1.2. Raw material for pre-commissioning to be prepared by the seller. When qualified product goes out from the machine , seller can stop the machine .If buyer want the testing time to go longer ,buyer need to pay for the price of additional raw material . 2. Final commissioning and training in the buyer:      2.1. Final commissioning and training at buyer’s factory.      2.2. The seller will send 1 or 2 engineers to make the final commissioning and training. All the charges (round air ticket fee, food, lodging and other local charges) have to be borne by the buyer.      2.3. US$50 for each engineer per day out of China should be paid before the seller gets the visa.      2.4. Both parties will negotiated the time for the final inspection and training according to the conditions between both sides. 3. Warranty:      3.1. Machinery warranty time is 12 months starting from the date of Bill of Lading.      3.2. Electric and electronic parts excluded.
