Product Description 1. Usage For EVA,PE high rate foaming. Foaming rate30-45 times.
2. Features *High efficiency: Heating plate made of special structure, which features large thermal conductive area, rapid heating and cooling speed and 20% more efficient than the same kinds of products. *Material saving: Cavity steel plate is specially processed. Thus, release agent can be saved during production. *Low energy consumption: 15% lower than traditional machine. Optional PLC automatic control program can be designed according to customers’ requirements. According to technical requirement, input running time for water, steam and air to complete a cycle of operation. 3.Production line layout
